PRODUCED IN VAL D'ORCIA IN A FOREST AT 700 MT ASL ON SOIL CERTIFIED ORGANIC BY THE SOIL AND HEALTH AUTHORITY - MADE IN TUSCANY - KM 0

INGREDIENTS: organic garlic thallus, organic sunflower seed oil, salt, traces of organic vinegar and citric acid.

DESCRIPTION : The Aglione Tallo Integral Cream is obtained by processing the Aglione thalli, harvested by hand approximately 40 days before the aglioni harvest. The Aglione thallus is the stem bearing the inflorescence of the Aglione plant. This product, once considered "waste" because the true production of the plant is the garlic head, is actually a delicacy that is difficult to find.

When the garlic plant matures and the flower appears, this is removed to allow the plant to concentrate all its energy on growing the garlic head. Therefore, the thalli are eliminated to promote the development of the bulb, resulting in a product that offers incredible taste and wellness properties.

This plant is free of allin, making it very digestible.
The Aglione thallus has a pleasant taste between asparagus, artichoke and black cabbage, with an irresistible delicacy, perfect both raw and as a condiment or ingredient in cooking first and second courses, meat and fish. Perfect for a vegan, gluten-free, healthy and balanced diet, but above all tasty! Lactose free.
